Housebets does not pay a withdrawal until KYC is complete, and it does not send the crypto until you confirm the email. Most requests are described by support as arriving within minutes. The help article on missing withdrawals says crypto withdrawals are typically processed within 24 hours of a valid verified request. Amounts over USD 50,000, or the equivalent, can sit for an extra AML review.

Steps
- Finish verification in Account Settings → Verification. Withdrawals require it.
- Open the wallet and choose withdraw.
- Pick the crypto and the network. Read the minimum and the fee on that screen. A request under the minimum errors out.
- Enter an address that you control and that supports that coin. Housebets will not pay a sanctioned, non-compliant or blocked address.
- Submit, then open the confirmation email and click the link. Until you do, the withdrawal is not processed.
- Watch Transaction History. Pending, then completed, then the chain.
Why a withdrawal sits
- The confirmation email is in spam, or the link expired.
- Verification is still temporary, restricted, or asking for another document.
- The network on the address does not match the network you selected.
- The amount is under the minimum shown for that coin.
- Bonus funds are still inside an offer. Cash has to be wagered first.
- The request is above USD 50,000 and is in AML review.

What are the statuses?
Pending means it is processing or waiting for your email confirmation. Completed means Housebets has sent it, so the remaining wait is the chain. If it is not completed, the funds are still in your balance.
Which explorer do I use?
BTC on blockchair.com. ETH and USDT (ERC-20) on etherscan.io. TRX and USDT (TRC-20) on tronscan.org. BNB on bscscan.com.
Copy the TXID from Transaction History. BTC in a busy period can take 10–60 minutes after it is completed on the Housebets side.
I never got the confirmation email.
Check spam for support@housebets.com, wait 5–10 minutes, confirm the address under Account Settings → Personal Info, and resend from Transaction History if that control is there.
Links can expire. If they do, cancel and submit again. This site does not collect your password or resend that mail.
Why is KYC blocking it?
The payout terms require completed verification. A restricted account keeps the balance, and funds are released when verification is approved.

Can an active bonus stop the withdrawal?
Yes. Cash is wagered before bonus funds, and the offer can say the bonus itself is not withdrawable until its own conditions clear.
