Housebets Sports Betting

Housebets runs a sportsbook next to the casino. This guide covers the bet types in the operator rules and how a result is decided. It is not a live odds board. The line you see after login can differ by country, and a market that is up today can be pulled later.

The binding text is the English Sportsbook Rules. If a translation disagrees with that English text, the English version wins. A scoreboard or stream on the site is information only. It is not the source used to settle your bet.

Sports in this guide

These pages follow the sport chapters in the Housebets sportsbook rules. Availability still depends on your jurisdiction.

Bet types

Single. One outcome. If it wins, the return is stake times odds.

Combo (also called a parlay or accumulator). Two or more selections. Every one has to win. If one loses, the combo loses. One void selection is removed and the combo is recalculated on the rest, unless a sport rule says otherwise.

System. Several combos built from a set of selections, each combo using the same stake. Named systems in the rules include Trixie, Patent, Yankee, Canadian, Heinz, Super Heinz and Goliath. System bets do not contribute to bonus wagering.

Bet Builder. Several markets from the same event. Every leg must win. If any leg loses, the whole builder loses. If a leg is void and none has lost, the builder is void once every leg is finished. The sportsbook can remove Bet Builder without notice.

Cash Out. You can settle before the event ends, at the price offered at that moment. The offer can disappear. A cashed-out combo is not eligible for ComboBoost.

Early Payout. A tagged market can be settled as a winner when the tag's condition is met, even if the match later turns. Only the selections that meet the tag settle early. Already accepted Early Payout bets keep the conditions that applied when they were accepted. Read the tag on the event or in My Bets. The rules are in section 4 of the sportsbook rules.

How a result is decided

When two rules clash, this order wins: the specific market rule, then the sport rule, then the general rules.

Bets settle after the event is completed and an official result is announced. The governing body's result on the day is what counts. A later protest, doping ban or appeal that rewrites the result is not applied, unless a sport chapter says otherwise. The sportsbook can correct a settlement for 72 hours after it is made, for human error, system error, or a bad source. After that window, the settlement stands.

If an event is cancelled before it starts, bets are void. If it is delayed, and the organiser does not give a new time within 12 hours, bets are void. If it is rescheduled inside 12 hours and actually starts within 48 hours of the original time, bets stand. A move to a neutral venue keeps bets alive if home and away are still labelled the same way. If home and away are swapped, bets on the original listing are void.

Overtime is excluded from match markets unless the market name or the sport rule includes it. Dates, clocks and live scores posted on the sportsbook are not guaranteed.

Sports betting FAQ

Which sports does this guide cover?

Football, tennis, basketball, MMA, esports, cricket, golf and horse racing, plus a separate page on live betting.

The full rulebook lists more sports. Those eight are the ones with their own pages here.

When is a bet actually on?

Only after the sportsbook confirms it in the betslip and it appears in your account history.

A click that never confirms is not a bet. You cannot ask the operator to edit a stake because you duplicated it or picked the wrong line.

Do overtime and penalties count?

Not by default. They count only when the market name or the sport rule says so.

To Qualify and To Lift the Trophy are exceptions: those markets include whatever stage is needed to name a winner.

Can I use a sports bonus on a system?

System bets are excluded from bonus wagering.

The rest of the bonus terms sit with the operator, not in the sportsbook chapter. See bonuses and the bonus requirements.

What if the scoreboard was wrong?

A wrong clock or score on the site is not, by itself, a reason to void the bet.

The sportsbook can still void a bet if the market stayed open after the outcome was already known, or if the odds were an obvious error.

This page is an independent guide. It does not run the sportsbook, the cashier, or account checks. If this summary and the operator text disagree, the English rules on Housebets win.
