Esports on Housebets is not one rule. Part III of the sportsbook rules adds title rules on top of the general sportsbook. Where those title rules are explicit, they win. A stream is not the settlement source. The tournament organiser's official result is.
Titles named in that part include Counter-Strike 2, Dota 2, Valorant, League of Legends, Honor of Kings, Arena of Valor, Mobile Legends, Wild Rift, Free Fire, PUBG and PUBG Mobile, Fortnite, Apex Legends, Call of Duty including Warzone and Mobile, Deadlock, Rainbow Six Siege, GeoGuessr, Marvel Rivals, Crossfire, Tekken, Street Fighter, Overwatch 2, Rocket League, Age of Empires, StarCraft II, StarCraft: Brood War, Warcraft III, Standoff 2 and EA Sports FC. A title missing from the lobby is not a rules error. Markets vary by region. Source: sportsbook rules.
What actually changes the bet
A map is one playable segment. A round is a unit inside a map. A match is the full series as the organiser defines it. A restart reloads an unfinished round and keeps the match score. A replay plays a whole map or match again.
Integrity violations (cheats, bug abuse, fixing, banned substances) are not the same as a server outage. A team that skips a match for a schedule clash, with no money or fixing behind it, is not treated as an integrity case. Disqualification with real evidence of fixing is.
Battle-royale titles in the rules (Free Fire, PUBG, Fortnite, Apex, Warzone) have their own placement markets. Call of Duty league rules do not apply to Warzone.
Examples
CS2, one player drops and the map continues 4v5 for three full rounds with no return. Affected map and match markets are void. A kill prop already settled before the drop stands.
CS2 round restarted by the organiser before it finishes. Bets on that round stay and use the replayed round's score. The format (MR12 or another) is whatever the tournament says, and the line is built for that format.
Rocket League map awarded by the organiser before two minutes of game time. Markets on that map are void. The same award from the two-minute mark onward settles on the official result.
Deadlock map that starts with fewer than ten players. Markets on that map are void.
Esports FAQ
Does a player disconnect void the map?
Sometimes. In CS2, a 4v5 that lasts three full rounds without the fifth player returning voids affected map and match markets. Rainbow Six and Crossfire use a two-round version of that test.
Stats already settled before the disconnect can stand. Read the title section. The thresholds are not the same for Dota 2 or League of Legends.
A round is restarted. Do round bets die?
In CS2, Rainbow Six, Crossfire and Standoff 2, round bets stand and settle on the replayed round's official score.
What is a technical loss?
A loss awarded for a no-show, a rules break, a technical fault or behaviour, without an integrity violation such as match-fixing.
Forfeit, walkover and retirement are treated as the same idea when the organiser records a loss.
Is the stream the result?
No. If a market depends on the official stream, the title rule says when a dead stream voids unsettled bets. Settlement itself follows the organiser.
CS2 duel rules in the book use the VOD as evidence of how long a stream was down.
Do esports sims like eFootball use soccer rules?
FC simulation matches settle under the general rules and the soccer market rules. A different game version is not a void.
